Omg hey!

So, updates again!

Remember that job interview I had for what is basically my current dream job (working in a hospital lab) that I had in Reading that I didn't get?
Yeah I didn't get it. Boo.

But I gets this phone call the other day right? And its the the guy who interviewed me (he also took me for a tour of the labs with my class in my second year :) ) and he tells me, he does, that I was right up there at the top of their list of people to hire for the job, but they ended up getting a guy who was more experienced than me. Oh noes.
BUT! Another opening has popped up, and guess who they offered the job to? No? Yours truly!
Damn straight!
I have a job!

Lol for bad timing though, because I have an interview for this exact same job in St. Thomas's hospital in London, which is spitting distance from my house and not an Hour and a Half commute to Reading.
Still.
I've taken the job and then I'll go to the Interview, and if I get that one, I'll ring up and cancel the Reading job because seriously. I'd have tog et up at 6am :ohnoes:

In other news I saw The Hoosiers on Wednesday! It was grand! Irwin has the most amazing voice. Santi and I agreed that his voice is probably better than Parick's (stumph) because he can hold those notes like whoa. He also got pelted by glowsticks, which amused/stunned him greatly!
The gig was awesome, it was like one big party! At the end they threw giant balloons over the crowd and a guy wearing a horses head presented Irwin with his guitar to do his encore lolz. Oh Irwin.

I'm going to see Saw 5 tonight, because other halloween plans fell through. I can't even afford a costume. Sad times. Next year I am going as a goddamn gangster!

I might submit something arty sometime soon. Omfg whaaaaat?!
